1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India to all major cities and towns. If your location is in a remote area, shipping times may vary.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Personalized or customized gifts may take 3-5 business days for processing.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days
• Express Delivery: 2-4 business days (available for select locations)
• Delivery times may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.

4. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping: FREE (Free for All orders)
• Express Shipping: ₹99 (Additional charges apply)
• Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.

5. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
• Track your order through our website or the courier partner’s website.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for All Pincodes.
• Your order is custom-made with your details. We require 20% advance for COD (Cash on Delivery) to cover shipping. Pay the full amount upfront to save COD Charge and get faster shipping!
• Customers Must need to pay 20% as advance of Order Place.
• Customers make  Full amount upon delivery.

• 7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us.
  • In case of lost shipments, we will investigate and offer a replacement or refund.
  • if Order getting RTO Return then Customers are responsible for it.
