4. Return Shipping & Costs
- If the return is due to our mistake (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For other return requests, customers must bear the return shipping charges.
- Ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage in transit.
5. Refund or Exchange
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Exchanges will be shipped within 5-7 business days after return approval.
